Circulation

While most of the maps and aerial photographs within the Robinson Map Library’s collection can circulate if necessary, most users prefer to obtain scans of materials instead. While we can loan items when required, UW-Madison affiliates can request items be digitized in lieu of checking them out.

Students, faculty, and staff of the University must have a current ID card to check out materials.

For inquiries on obtaining a non-academic community borrowing card, contact the Memorial Library Circulation Office at (608) 263-7360 for details regrading the borrowing card. The Circulation Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 4:00pm.
